The Nielsen Company recently announced the appointment of Christophe Cambournac to the position of Managing Director for BASES Asia Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, Cambournac succeeds Marc Lagrois who returns to The Nielsen Company in the US.
In his new role, Cambournac will oversee the BASES business in Asia Pacific in addition to forging closer client relationships between BASES and ACNielsen in the region. Cambournac will report jointly to Nonoy Niles, President of ACNielsen Asia Pacific and Timothy Willke, President of BASES, The Nielsen Company.
Prior to his new appointment, Cambournac was Vice President, Client Service, BASES in Europe since 2004. Cambournac brings to Asia Pacific over 14 years experience in market research and business consulting. He has a broad perspective on the business from earlier roles and has extensive experience in handling global client relationships in the FMCG industry.
